EMTA Insaat Taahhut ve Ticaret A.S. has succesfully completed the contract "Design & Construction of Consolidated Community Center" at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey, which the building received LEED Gold Certification exceeding the contract requirement of LEED Silver and became the first building rated LEED Gold for US Army Corps of Engineers - Europe District in Turkey.
