CHAIRMAN'S LETTER

EMTA Insaat A.S. was formed in 1996 under EMTAMITAS Group, dedicated to pursue and complete various construction projects throughout Turkey and abroad.

What makes the company different from most of the contracting companies working in construction sector in Turkey is the client profile and specialization in a limited but demanding work envelope. EMTA Insaat A.S. has been working for US Army Corps of Engineers in their ID/IQ contracts such as JOC, SABER and MATOC for over a period of ten years. These projects made the Firm gain valuable experience and know-how about a wide variety of construction work items. Also, EMTA Insaat A.S. specializes in construction of special purpose buildings for US Army and US State Dept. facilities in Turkey , electrification projects -MV and LV distribution and substation constructions , lighting projects of industrial areas and motorways and GSM infrastructure works for International Companies such as Ericsson, Alcatel, Siemens. Also our engineers , teams and subcontractors had improved experience to work under war condition risks in Iraq in the beginning of 2004.

With its highly specialized and professional staff and experience gained by years of working for customers who have a very low margin for error, EMTA Insaat A.S. has reached a quality level, certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates. Already surpassed majority of the local firms as means of construction quality and customer satisfaction, EMTA Insaat A.S. has reached a level that the aim of the company became competing with international firms in newly emerging international markets. 

Since 2002, EMTA Insaat A.S. has been working in accordance with this above mentioned aim: The company has completed various projects of GSM infrastructures , in countries like Algeria, Egypt, Nigeria, Kazakhstan,Azerbaijan, Philippines,Libya, and Iran both as supervisor, offering know-how, and contractor, offering services and Electric Transmission Lines and Power Plant projects in Iraq. EMTA Insaat A.S. has open its Istanbul Office and Bagdat Office in 2004 and planning to open Offices in Azerbeican , Libya and Ukrania in a close future. 

EMTA Insaat A.S. aims and wants to expand this list of successfully completed projects by pursuing further business opportunities abroad in the future.
